Oostenberg Technical Services (OTS) was initially founded by Andre de Wit in 2002 and was later taken over by his son, Jeandre de Wit, in 2011. Under Jeandre’s leadership, OTS has transformed from a small home-run operation into one of the leading providers in the Western Cape’s commercial HVAC-R market today.
